Design and supply of dynamic and steady-state data acquisition and control systems to acquire data and control development testing of BR700 series compressors.

The EDAS 9000 was selected because of the large quantities of data involved with development testing and the non-repetitive nature of tests.

Key features:

• 100Hz steady-state and transient data measurement
• 3000 channels capacity
• 100KHz dynamic data measurement with 96 channels
• Dual bleed air control systems that are fully redundant
• Valve Control System to control compressor

Capabilities:

• Monitors and acquires data from over 3000 channels while controlling all aspects of the test rig facility via four independent programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Master console handles data from 0-100 Hz
• Two Dynamic Data System consoles handle data from 100 Hz-100 kHz
• Valve Control System
