Planning To best select the personnel and third party services required throughout the year, MDS conducts regular planning sessions to identify upcoming testing programs at the facility, establish program requirements, and to appropriately arrange equipment and resources.
Logistics MDS assumes the responsibility for test activities, including configuration of the test stand and any specialty test equipment, onsite transportation, handling, installation / removal of the customer engine package, adherence to the declared text schedule, and post analysis of engine fluids. MDS also provides daily reports of the test activities occurred, and activities planned.
MDS provides personnel for test operations, qualified to provide:
- Preparation of the system for test (calibration and configuration)
- Preparation, running, and post-processing of data
- Training for client personnel on troubleshooting techniques
- Ongoing training of personnel
- Interface with MDS head office to resolve issues
- Other duties at client request
